This project will set the bar for what’s coming this year !!!

2010 Project

This is how its starts, after three or four hours of sanding down the original color and graphics. I say it’s the most difficult part of any helmet paint job.

Unlike automobile primer, the primer used in helmets is more flexible and also a little bit thinner.

The idea in this project is to give the illusion of a 3D carbon fiber base.

Working in layers is the best way to obtain the 3D results.

Once the base has been laid, Applying logos and other graphics and effects it’s a piece of cake!!!!

On March 21, 2009 the Steve Crosno Memorial Mural was finally done and officially reveal to the public.
